Day 5 - Beef Stir Fry

Hello again!  Read why I'm doing this, and catch up on past posts, HERE.

I'm back for an easy recipe - and one that you don't NEED a recipe for.  Tonight, we made a beef and veggie stir fry. 

We went to the store, and picked up some random ingredients…just don't forget a sauce!!  Unless you want to make your own, you'll need this for a true stir-fry!!

Then I pretty much cut everything into bite size pieces, and put it all on one wok.

Cooked it, and finished…all in about an hour (or so).  I got distracted by those crunchy noodles…they're delicious. 

You can make this with pretty much anything…don't like beef?  Use chicken!  You're vegan?  Use tofu!  Rather have noodles?  Use them too!  If you just want ONE veggie - go for it!  There are no rules in Stir-Fyi!!

Enjoy, and make whatever kind of stir-fry you want!!  Like I said - there are no rules - anytime we make stir fry, it's always something different!  And yummy!!
